Once a thorough consultation has been completed and a client's goals have been set, it is time to begin training.

First and foremost, a client's goals are the most important factor when deciding on a method of training. However, due to Marc's in depth knowledge of human function and biomechanics, he constantly seeks to create exercise programs that allow clients to achieve their personal goals as well as helping them to attain their functional needs.
