Marc's main aim regarding nutrition is to get his clients eating the right foods at the right times without overcomplicating things. This can be achieved by keeping a food diary in order to highlight any deficiencies that may be apparent.
A further objective is to encourage people to improve their lifestyle management and become more disciplined in regards to diet. Marc looks to promote the idea of planning and preparing good meals so that it becomes habitual, and therefore is not too detrimental on an individual's time.
Ultimately, diet is a personal choice. However, it's importance should not be underestimated as it plays a huge role in how we perform in our everyday lives. It would be unrealistic to assume that someone can change overnight. But with gradual progress, an improved diet can undoubtedly contribute to increasing the quality of someone's life.
